Cancellation Policy
***ALL SCALP FACIAL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. DATES MAY BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF SERVICE, AND MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN 45 DAYS OF ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT DATE. IF THESE PARAMETERS ARE NOT MET, DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT AND ANOTHER DEPOSIT WILL BE REQIRED IN ORDER TO BOOK A NEW APPOINTMENT***

Appointment cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will result in card on file being charged 50% of total service cost. Cancellation or a no call no show on the day of scheduled appointment will result in 100% of service total charged to card on file.
